Propulsion Technologies International has the expertise, processes and equipment to perform complex repairs for CFM56, Arriel, LEAP, GE CF6, and other engine components including Fan, LPC, HPT, LPT and Gearbox components. Part types consist of LLP's, Cases, Supports, Sumps, Vane Rings, and other components from Spinner Cone to Tail Cone.
Founded Founded in 1983, Propulsion Technologies International has its roots in the substantial aerospace heritage of Florida.
In 2001, the company partnered with Snecma Services and Techspace Aero and provided world-class repair services for Snecma/CFMI and Turbomeca engine parts, with particular focus on the CFM56 and Turbomeca Arriel engines.
In 2007, Airfoil Technologies International (ATI) entered a joint venture with Snecma Services, acquiring an interest in the company and assumed management responsibility for the operation. On creation of the new venture, the name of the company changed to Propulsion Technologies International (PTI).
In 2011 PTI became a 50/50 joint venture between Safran Aircraft Engines and GE Aerospace.
The four major corridors that traverse Miramar include Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 75, U.S. 441/State Road 7 and U.S. 27. In addition, Interstate 95, Interstate 595, and State Road 826 are in close proximity.
